Volume was only slightly over yesterday's and again was below the 1,000,000 mark. Rail shares led the decline but on the whole, closed off only sliehtlv from yesterday. Bonds lost fractions. Sales totalled 803.650 shares. The Dow-Jones closing averages 30 industrials, 146.29, off 20 rails.
