Kitty enjoyed several days at the beach at Waianae with them. They were joined by Lieutenant and Mrs. Richard H. Gillespie of Schofield. The evening coffee was held at the Iroquois Point home of Mrs.

Harry C. Farmer and especially welcomed Mrs. John E. Mishan, the new commanding officer's wife; Mrs. Jack M.

Thelps, and Mrs. Richard F. Wolfe. Capital Visitor Brigadier General and Mrs. A.

L. have as Robert I. from Patrol Squadron Twenty Eight, Ensign James J. Fi-ore, and Lieutenant Leo B. Manke.

Section One of Airborne Early Warning Squadron, Pacific has also been quite active. The Officers' Wives of this section held a second birthday party recently for the group's second anniver- Marine Barracks, Pearl Harbor, are the hostesses with Mrs. M. J. Cowsert as chairman.
