That was two years ago. Eight months ago, he accepted a position that affords him more luxuries, so now this young man has remarried, bought two new cars and has another baby on the way. My wife and I agreed it was time to raise the rent, but her son became upset. He said he believe we would do this, since he just got married and his new wife will soon be quitting her job to care for the new baby. My wife then promised him we raise the rent, but she bother talking to me about it first.

Now upset because I think done enough and time her son stands on his own. My wife and I have not spoken for the last three days. I think she is letting her son take advantage of us. I want my rental back and my wife, and open to suggestions.
